Why
The way Robert Parker scored every wine and compiled the reasoning, I am re-writing every wine I have drunk, one bottle at a time. 733 wines logged so far, 231 of them with notes; new bottles are added as I drink them.
How each article is written
I gather Vivino community data (rating distribution, flavour keywords, averages by vintage, drinking window), Wine-Searcher world prices and critic scores, producer and vintage reports, and Korean import and retail information — then add my original note and a present-day comment.
